We offer classes for every level each capped at 10 people (TRX cap is 6 ) so everyone can get the individual attention they need!

A fitness bootcamp designed to build strength and cardio endurance through a variety of high intensity intervals using primarily body-weight over a 1-hour period of time to put your metabolism to work.

Vinyasa Flow - Beginner/Intermediate      

This dynamic style of yoga introduces linking the breath and body movement. Flow at a steady pace building heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and ultimately, inner stillness.

Power Flow - Intermediate/Advance                

This 60-minute class is a strong, fast-paced class designed to build heat and strength. This Practice is a total body workout that creates longer, leaner muscles and a body with more mobility to improve circulation.

Strength & Cardio Circuit

Tues 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Fri 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

Circuit Training involves moving from one station to another in set intervals that vary from 1-3 minutes alternating between strength and cardio . Stations may include physioballs, bands, steps, plyo boxes, free weights, body-weight exercise and more!

TRX Suspension Training

Thurs 6:15 pm – 7:15 pm  
Sat 10:00 am – 11:00 am

Suspension Training is a method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. Build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.

All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.
