Physical fitness is the first of three pillars that AUSC focuses on. Our approach uses high-intensity cardiovascular training, progressive strength training, and fitness testing to regularly evaluate progress and adjust programming as needed


AUSC incorporates mental training into athletic programming to address topics such as attitude, performance anxiety, pressure coping, emotional awareness, and dealing with adversity - applied to each athlete's sport as well as day-to-day life


Finally productivity training completes the AUSC offering with individual goal setting including an enhanced focus on execution and accountability - as well as development of good nutrition, sleep, and pre/post competition habits
